Membership and Subscription

You can join by filling out the “Join Us” form on our website, submitting the required KYC/Registration documents, and selecting your preferred subscription tier (Gold, Platinum, Diamond).  You can talk to our sales agents for any clarifications and for multi-year subscriptions too.

Financial liability insurance or payment default security is part of our Essential gold plan too.

Billing and Payment

Refunds are available primarily in cases of system failure or if the service has not been provided. Please check our full refund policy in our subscription contract.

Dispute Resolution, Insurance, and Blacklisting

We offer a structured Dispute Resolution Process to handle conflicts between members. When a dispute arises, members are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If no resolution is reached, they can initiate a formal mediation request through the platform.

  • Step 1: The complainant submits a claim, providing all relevant documents and details of the dispute.
  • Step 2: Our internal team will review the claim and notify both parties. Mediation sessions will be scheduled within 7-10 business days.
  • Step 3: A neutral mediator, provided by the platform, will facilitate discussions to help both parties reach a mutually agreeable solution.
  • Step 4: If mediation succeeds, a formal agreement will be drafted, and the case is closed.

If mediation is unsuccessful, and one party is found in violation of the agreed contract terms, the following steps are taken:

  • Escalation: The case may be escalated to our legal department for further review.
  • Blacklisting: If a breach is confirmed and no further action can resolve the issue, the violating party may be blacklisted from the network. Blacklisted members lose their privileges, including access to the network, events, and promotional opportunities. 
  • Notification: Other network members will be notified of the blacklisting, ensuring transparency across the platform.

We provide Dispute Insurance as part of the membership benefits for Platinum and Diamond members. This insurance helps cover the legal and administrative costs incurred during the dispute resolution process.

  • Immediate Suspension: Once a member is blacklisted, their account is immediately suspended, and they are removed from the member directory.
  • Public Record: The blacklist is visible to all members to ensure transparency and prevent future collaborations with defaulting parties.
  • Reinstatement: Blacklisted members may only be reinstated if the breach is resolved to the satisfaction of both parties and the network’s standards like overdue payment clearance and a fresh contract signing with PLNWorld.
