When encountering problems, address them with a mindset of friendly negotiation and mutual benefit. Resolve issues promptly and transparently, without concealing facts, to avoid prolonged processing and additional costs.
For initial cooperation and collaboration, payment terms should not be extended. Opt for payment upon receipt of goods or retain the goods until payment has been received.
Prior to cooperation and collaboration, negotiate and confirm in advance any potential expenses, regardless of amount, including bank charges. All costs must be agreed upon to prevent disputes and maintain a healthy cooperation relationship.
When establishing a cooperation agreement with monthly payment terms, confirm and adhere to the agreed payment date for the current month. If payment cannot be made within the month, proactively negotiate the next payment date or revised terms.
